Artist, Paul Pascal (1839-1905) began his career in Toulouse in the 1870s and moved to Paris in the 1880s where he became a landscape painter. He only painted with gouache. He emigrated to the US in 1893 and continued to create landscapes and a few paintings of Native Americans.
