The Henry B. Plant Museum is pleased to announce the inaugural Children’s Day at the Victorian Christmas Stroll on December 17th. This special day is filled with activities designed for the whole family to enjoy.
The Victorian Christmas Stroll celebrates the warmth and spirit of an old fashioned holiday, while encouraging a sense of community. Children and families will delight in activities ranging from paper crafts to a puppet show. The Museum is proud to be working with community partners The Paper Seahorse and Bits ‘N Pieces Puppet Theatre. Local authors will be doing readings in the Plant Hall Music Room, and kids of all ages can try their hand at paper airplane flying.

Story time with Robin Gonzalez, local author, 10:30-11:30am
The Paper Seahorse
paper-crafting, 11am – 1pm
Story time with Selena Schulz, local youth author, age 11, 12:15-1pm
Bookmark making, 1-3pm
Victorians Undressed, live theater, 1:15-1:45pm
Upstairs/Downstairs, live theater, 2-2:30pm
Story time with Thea Klein-Carrol, local author, 2-2:30pm
Story time with Carley Boyette, ABC's Morning Blend, 2:30-3pm
Bits N Pieces Puppet Theatre
Story time with Alex Perez, children's theater actor, 4-5pm
Classic Reflections Carriages

Proceeds from the Victorian Christmas Stroll fund museum restoration and preservation projects, as well as educational programming.
